All meals & snacks for Lares Trek to Machu Picchu are included from the first lunch through the last breakfast.

The food for Lares Trek to Machu Picchu is prepared from fresh ingredients purchased in the local market of Cusco and transported by the porters, then prepared by the chef. No canned or rehydrated food here! All fresh, healthy and delicious!
Special dietary needs? No problem! We provide to vegetarians, vegans and all food allergies.
If your question is: How about water? We take tap water from each campsite and boil it for 15 or 20 minutes so it is safe for you to drink. There is plenty of water provided during each trek and you need to carry enough water to get you to the first lunch stop. You can refill your bottle at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I don’t think any of you will lose any weight from doing one of our Lares Trek to Machu Picchu since you will be fed SO WELL. You will be fed 4 or
5 times a day beginning with a big breakfast, then a snack, lunch, afternoon tea and finally dinner.

Breakfast: Fruit salad, scrambled eggs, pancakes, omeletes, porridge, cereals, toast, milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, caca tea.
Snack: Fresh fruits, cookies, cereals, chocolate, candies
Lunch: Tomatoes soup, Corn soup, mushroom soup, chicken with rice, sausage, fried fish, steak, beans, fried rice, French fries, boiled potatoes, cooked vegetables salad, etc.
Tea time: Popcorn, fried wontons, tea, coffee, chocolate, etc.
Dinners: Salmon trout, Steak and onions, vegetable tortillas, spaghetti, stuffed chicken, vegetables salad, etc.
